Breakfast menu is so-so. Your staffs are not welcoming well and served the foods and beverages so slow especially for refill the menu. Your served food especially for salad and fruits are very limited, so they are exhausted quickly even the guests are not many.

I think this hotel needs to take notes of their bathroom towels. I thought they were floor rugs. The towels are so old and used. They also never maintain the shower head unit. The water are spraying everywhere and unevenly. If you want to stay in this hotel, my advise is, bring your own towel. Other than that, the hotel and breakfast is decent.

No welcome drink for the check in guest while waiting the room to be ready, play ground for the kids was OK, at least they have it🤭. Restaurant was funny for me, they selling laksa in their promo flyer on the table, I was surprise cause I'm laksa lover so I order one for my self. But after 20 minus, another surprise I got. They serve tomyum🤭 I taste and double check to the staff, they said "that's our Laksa"🤣. I just say okay. Life's good.😁👍🏾. Morning breakfast at 8am, some stuff in the buffet no Refill. I inform them, they said they don't have anymore. Which is to early to said no more🤭. If I may suggest, morning time is the rush hour, need manager or at least supervisor incharge to checking around for the guest satisfaction. Overall is good, room was clean and spacious. Corridor was nice. Thank you our stay is good👍🏾
