Bay South Garden
1. Supertree Grove

Tips to Gardens by the Bay
The first thing that you need to do is to decide on the best time to go. The gardens are open daily from 9.00 AM to 20.00 PM, with the Supertree Grove Light show happening at 7.45 PM and 8.45 PM. But if you want to avoid crowds, you can visit this garden during weekdays or during the off-season which is usually around May to September.
The other thing is to purchase your tickets in advance. Besides saving your time from queueing, it is also cheaper than buying it on-site.
Another important thing that you must remember is to wear comfortable clothes because you will walk a lot, don’t forget to wear sunscreen and bring yourself a bottle of water to dehydrate yourself during your journey around the gardens.
Location and how to get to Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay is located at Marina Gardens Drive, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. In order to get to this beautiful garden, you can use your private car or public transportation. If you choose to use your own car, there are parking lot available at the Gardens by the Bay. You can even book it in advance. If you choose to use public transportation, here are some choices that you can make:
- MRT. It is the most common transportation that is used in Singapore. You can take the MRT and stop at Bayfront Station, from there you just need to take a short walk and you will arrive in the Gardens by the Bay. If you don’t want to walk, you can also wait for the shuttle bus that will take you straight away to the Garden by the Bay.
- Bus. You can use several buses from Bayfront Station, such as Bus numbers 100,106, and 133. All of these buses have a destination to Gardens of the Bay.
- Taxi. Another easy way to get to the Gardens is by the Bay. It might be a bit expensive but the easiest way to get to the garden.
- Bicycle. Singapore has a lot of bicycle rental stations. From there you can rent one of the bicycles and go to the Gardens of the Bay by bicycle.
