it is not a hotel! it is a home away from home! everyone who works there made you feel like home. they are pampering you. taking the best care of you and most of all they knew what you need before even asking. do not missed the weekend bbq party! you will not believe what you will see. I will not write it here! find out yourself and enjoy it to the end!

The staff manager was very bad behavior and impolite and you can imagine his staff if was like this. The break fast not good and not fresh. The location is good. The pool dirty. View not so good. Noisy. In general it was very bad experience to select that hotel.

Bagian kebersihan housekeeping perlu untuk ditraining lebih banyak lagi. Pertama datang, kamar masih bau pesing dan ada lalat di dalam kamar. Ranjang yang ada kotoran tidak diganti spreinya padahal kami menginap 3 malam.

Super friendly staff, nice view to the beach, one of the balcony door is unable to be opened eventho we have asked the staff there to fix it.

First impression was not very good. I had issue in the beginning the door couldn't opened. Then tried several times after I decide to leave for lunch, also air conditioner not work properly. They committed to repair and finished it while we back to hotel. At night AC didn't work again, then they offer to change room and free to upgrade. New room was bigger and more comfortable, but the issue in the toiler, water can't sink properly. Every time we go toilet it will be flood. That 's our experienced, the rest you can decide if this hotel recommended or not.
