Handuk bolong. Tidak ada tissue kamar mandi. Tidak ada keset kamar mandi. Tidak ada shampo, hanya diberikan sabun mandi bulat.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed in Feb 2024. The pictures advertised on the website does not match real hotel and room service. I hade 3 rooms changed because the 1st room air conditioner was not warming and the second room TV was not working. This looks like a run down hotel, although minim external renovation is done but it shows the real fake. As you enter the reception, there is no air conditioner and faulty sweat smell everywhere. Can't turn back cause my booking is prepaid by card. 😏. All floor lobby and walk way is warm, no air conditioner. Room is old fashioned, toilet very dirty and shampoo holders are worn out, toilet bowl are not washed properly. Breakfast you have only nasi goreng polis, noodles, and black coffee. Bread toast is available but not inviting.
