Although I only stayed for one night, I was absolutely happy with the facilities they offered. Located in South Jakarta with easy access to Lotte Mall, they also provided great services, so there 's no need to worry about that either.

Well services, staff hospitality were enormous, if I have to say, the only thing that just lack maybe were the breakfast menu, I don't know if it was just my own preference, but the variation just quite lack. Beside that, I had a perfect stay with my family. Thank you.

1. The bed sheet was not fresh, I was bothered the whole night of the used smell. 2. I ordered room service-sandwich-the bread got soggy easily and seems to be prepared hastily. 3. For the price that I pay I feel like I can get better value for the same amount of $ elsewhere. Suggest to work on these things. Thank you.

Ascott is always a perfect choice for a family staycation. The room is clean, neat and comfy. Facilities is stellar and service is above standard. Breakfast is delicious with vegan options available. Truly recommends this place as your choice to stay in Jakarta.
