We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! The view from our room is also great! Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back here if we are in town again.

Satisfying stayed in Ascot Sudirman (3!bed room). Fully furnish. The room is clean, View is very magnificent. Only 1 minutes: did not get a mineral water gallon. Will be back someday

we stayed for the new years eve, and it was a blast in ascott sudirman! location is very good, easy access, huge living room for us to gather around everyone. very clean, big rooms and bathrooms, kitchen and dining room are very convenient also. internet and smart tv is a bit slow but overall I really recommend to stay here👌🏻

Parking can be confusing at first. Missing several amenities like ice tray and fry pan, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning was enough for me but not for my wife. The room is not soundproof.

AC di kamar panas, lapor petugas di setting lalu disuruh nunggu 1 jam, lalu setelah 1 jam ruangan ga juga dingin, lapor lagi, lalu petugas cek2 dan setting lagi, suruh nunggu sampai dingin, sampe besok pagi ac ttp panas, gak di solve masalahnya, ga ditawarin pindah kamar juga. Mesin cuci mengeluarkan air (padahal sy enggak pakai) air rembes di lantai, lapor petugas, di kuras airnya, lumayan mengganggu krn kurasnya malam2. Menu makanan variasinya sangat sedikit, siomay sudah berbau, roti prata gosong, cuma omlette aja yang enak. Suster anak sy pecahin 1 piring salad size 19 cm yang ada di kamar, sy di suruh bayar Rp 225.000 untuk 1 piring kecil itu. Mungkin ini pengalaman terakhir, sangat tidak direkomendasikan.

I recently stayed at Ascott Indonesia, and while the property is stunning with excellent reception service, there were some notable issues. The bathroom cup had cleanliness issues, and during breakfast, I felt discriminated against as a local guest compared to a foreigner. Additionally, staff exhibited inattentive behavior, like watching TikTok while refilling coffee. The restaurant service was disappointing, and there was an unsettling incident with a staff member knocking on my door. Despite the positives, these concerns impacted my overall experience. I hope Ascott can address these issues promptly to maintain their high standards.
