Front desk and other services looks great. For breakfast may be better menus, add some more waiters to clean up the dishes faster.

Kamar nyaman, staff ramah, menu sarapan variatif dan enak. Suka sekali dengan pempek dan laksannya. Kebetulan saat lebaran ada menu kolak durian, dan itu enak sekali. Tapi infonya hanya ada saat lebaran karena esok harinya menu tersebut sudah gak ada.

Gak ada komplen untuk kondisi kamar kalau nginep di Aston. Selalu nyaman. Hanya saja di Aston Palembang ini kenapa tempat breakfast kok dalam aula, seperti kondangan jadinya. Memangnya gak ada tempat yang lebih proper gitu untuk sarapan? Menu sarapan cukup beragam dan enak, tapi jadi gak nyaman dengan sarapan di aula seperti itu.
