ASTON Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center

I had a pleasant time here for short escape with my husband 🤍. The front officer was nice and processed the check in very seamless (at 2.30 pm, I was already in the swimming pool). Unfortunately, I forgot her name because she didn't use her name tag. The hotel gave us free voucher for buffet dinner (because I installed the hotel app?). I had a room with pool access so it made me easier to go to the pool anytime and do the things after swimming. The room was quite spacious, the AC and the water heater worked very well, and the amenities was an OK. The room cleanliness was an OK too. But, at the first time I reached our room, there's still an extra bed leaned on the wall and some dirty dishes exactly in front of the door. In the morning, we had some peaceful walks at the jogging track with lake view and we also met cute gooses do their business there. Then we tried to workout at the gym and ended up with catching some morning sunshine at the public balcony while watching the one of event held for kids. The happiest moments was enjoying the meals in the restaurant, either on dinner or on breakfast. The meals was very tasty and the meals variety was quite much. Mas Gaga, the waitress at our dinner, was very helpful in serving us; Including gave us some meals recommendations even though it was a buffet dinner. I think I'll be back to stay insyaAllah with the other family members because this hotel was very suitable for family stay, especially family with little kids. Then, the point very-plus, the hotel isn't far away from where I live, Tangerang. Thank you, Aston Sentul!

Gak worth it dengan harga 1.8 juta untuk hotel berbintang dengan kamar yang biasa saja (seperti hotel bintang 2), wallpaper rusak, shower kamar mandi yang rusak, air nya tidak keluar sempurna dan jorok, makanan yang sering kosong saat breakfast, staff tidak ramah dan terlalu kaku saat breakfast, anak dihitung dari umur 5 tahun dengan harga yang lumayan lah ya walaupun makan nya juga cuma sedikit, dan kolam renang yang keruh seperti tidak terawat. Tapi baik nya masih bisa dibantu early check in.

Pertama disni dan langsung suka! Kolam renang luas, kamar bersih, makanan juga enak. Bakal balik ke sini lagi! Para staff juga ramah dan membantu.

Tempatnya enak sejuk dan mudah dijangkau. Kami suka. Walaupun lagi puasa menu mknan yg disajikan sangat byk dan enak2. Senang liat bebek2 yg berenang di danau buatan. Jadi ingat di kampung 😄. Aston toplah👍😁
