Unfriendly front office staff and short of knowledge about the booking process with the agent and administration. Had a junior suite, warm water was not available and the plumbing was leaking.

Stay for 2 nights. They said water is hot cold for shower but it's not. The aircon is not cold. The tv doesn't work properly.. The staff are friendly

The day we checked in, the rooms were not cleaned, the beds sheets not changed. The next day, the rooms were not cleaned again when we returned at night and according to the staff, we must tell the staff to clean the rooms. No aqua bottles provided in daily basis, drinking glasses were broken. Safety are not put into consideration. No hot water in the shower and no towel changed. Overall the human resources are not trained for service. The hotel management don't do their job well. I wont stay here again.

The room so smelly. We have to wait 20mins to heat up the hot water before we want to take a shower. The furniture mostly old and broken

1. Hot water 4bathing, no in the morning.small capacity may be 4many rooms 2. Breakfast just so so locally 3. No sleeper 4the standard room, it is cheap I think 4. No sugar and tea bag 4the room drink, it is only coffee and cream
