Well what can I say, I am not one to do reviews, but I thought on this occasion I needed to say some kind words. I was in Lake Toba for my honeymoon, Baron and the crew are very nice and helpful, they are really special people. My wife and I were treated very well, and I feel like we made lifelong friends. It was sad to leave because of the hospitality we received. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely, if you want a place where you can relax and get looked after, this is the place to go. Only downside was no hot water because of solar and rain, but to be honest, that's minor in the grand scale of things. When we checked in our room was immaculate, very clean. The food and drink prices are very good considering you are in a tourist area, they are no different to any other Indonesian city. Shakira, one of Baron's team, escorted us to the ferry when we checked out, which made things very convenient. This place holds a very special place in my wife's and I heart, mostly because of the exceptional service we received, it's a real bit of paradise. It's not a 5 star resort, but in saying that, for the price the place is awesome.

Location is awesome, very kind staff from bagus bay. However, I feel sorry for them that corona pandemi cause them to stop some of their inn facilities. we stayed at old bedroom and no hot water in deluxe room, but the price is not expensive, so it's okay for us. recommended for those who only need places to stay with budget, but not for honeymoon 😄

I reserved for two family rooms. Then on the day we check in, the receptionist give us two rooms with different type.. one is family room and other is deluxe room, unfortunately we did not realize at the time, because we stayed at the family room and my sister stayed in other room. After put the stuff at the room we were going to the other place until night. Then when we were coming back at night my sister just told me about the room size. When we went there to check, the room is smaller. But at the time the receptionist was not there. At the next day when we returned the key, I asked about that to receptionist, but I received very bad feedback. instead of apologizing, she blaming me, he said why you didn't come to asking yesterday. So disappointed. 😏 Overall, I have a bad experience to stay there. Actually it was a nice pace but not maintain well. It looks dull.
