Receptionists are quite friendly, but the room is dirty and dusty. Even on toilet seat got dried urine. Absolutely will never stay there again.

I use this hotel for transit from Padang to Surabaya. Everything is perfect. Only 1 thing I don't like about my experience with this Hotel: the hotel picker at Soetta airport was not polite to me. When I sat in the middle of the airport shuttle, he asked me to move to the front seat RUDELY. Was it because I paid for a cheap room? If that was the issue, then I'm gladly not using your service again, thank you.
