It's really great, there is a receptionist who stays 24 hours so if there's anything it's easy, they're given a welcome snack, the TV is on, the hot water works, the toiletries are okay + the shampoo is in a bottle, not in sachets, next time you need to go to Karawaci stay here again .

Wifi is pretty good, the receptionist is friendly, but the theme and rooms are narrow, there is no hot water and the mattress is soft but a little dirty.

The sanitary equipment is complete, clean, you get snacks too. The rooms are according to the price, small. Overall I give a value of 8 from a range of 0-10. Tks barada rooms.

It was explained that check-in was at 2 am, it was my turn to check in instead, I was told to wait 10 minutes so I checked in at 2 past 10 minutes. After entering the room the towels were not yet available so we had to go out again a minute to the receptionist. And to make it annoying again when I was resting in my room, this time someone entered the wrong room and that's why the key could be the same with a different number me and my friend were surprised someone opened the door while I was wearing a tangtop and the guy who opened the door, and the g*bl*k is that the guy doesn't apologize at all after opening the door instead he immediately closes the door and walks away. Try to pay more attention to security, don't let the key be the same as a different number 201 with 101. I swear after that incident we really couldn't sleep for fear of someone opening the door again because that key could be the same with a different room number. For good cleanliness and smell, for hot/cold parking

The room is clean, smells good, there are snacks too, the toilet is pretty clean, the air conditioner functions normally, the TV functions normally. Overall satisfactory.

Ruangan sempit, kotor, bau pengap. Apalagi wc nya, kotor. Air mandi keluar dikit, tv tidak bisa dipakai.
