Room is OK for sleep only and only for sleep, no breakfast, plugs are far from bed, Mosquito, no blanket.

When we arrived the Trainee at the desk phoned someone and it seemed they weren't expecting us even though we had booked a room via app. Then he brought us to a room which had the old sheets from the guests before on the bed. My husband asked twice for new sheets and the Trainee lied and said that they were fresh, but he just made the bed with the old ones. We even found an Visa receipt from the guests before under the blanket so the sheets were definitely not fresh. The floor wasn't clean either. There were hairs lying around and in the bathroom there was a full garbage bag. The Wifi was weak and I couldn't use it from the room or the terrace. They gave us free water and towels (we had to ask for it and picked everything up) and the breakfast we ordered, but they didn't speak any English and for the price and three stars we expected more - at least a clean room.

Private room and private bathroom, not the cleanest hotel I have seen and the bathroom needs some renovation. But for the price and the location (you can go by walk to the airport and the city center) overall is it good.

No hot water for shower (water heater broken), toilet broken, While I seat the toilet move, I stayed at room number 7. Receptionist no uniform. Receptionist office no air-conditioning, very hot when I was check in. Room is not ready when I was check in about 4 p. M. Breakfast only 2 slices of bread. I didn't take any photos, check out already.

I'm sorry but I was not very satisfied staying in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was located at the very top of the hill (room number 1) which at least the receptionist could have informed me earlier if there was optional rooms to choose. We wouldn't mind to choose the lowest ground as it was very upsetting. The water pressure for 2 days and 2 nights was very disappointing. I was in the middle of my shower when the water tap stop working. I also left my earring in the hotel and called for them to checked, however after 2 days of no return from them, I decided to come back and look for it myself. This follow up service needs to improve. Literally.

it's a good view from far away , but it's not so good in toilet , bathroom with Gas inside. it's smelly and if we accidentally smoking , will blow up .. but the bed and quiet enviroment is excellent .. staff very friendly

I don’t get my room, they trying to move me to another hotel, but I got friend who stay in there so we share room. And the water supply is not enough.
