- Di kamar tidak ada tissue wajah, hanya ada tissue gulung toilet.- tidak ada coffee kit/teko utk air panas.- makanan sarapan monoton & kurang variatif.

Hotel menerima group anak skolah, berisik banget start dari mereka datang jam 18.30 an sampe jam 00.00 msh teriak2an, receptionist sudah diinfo tp anak2 tsb keluar, lari2an dan saya hours complain direct ke front office, mereka mindahin room saya ke 1st floor dr 2nd floor caz I need sleep, our 2nd floor sprt pasar bukan hotel lagi. Its the worst experience selama nginep di hotel, hotel jd pasar. Saran buat hotelnya. Hours punya perjanjian dgn pihak sekolah bahwa mrk hours patuhi dan menjaga ketertiban. Krn tamu hotel bukan mereka saja. 1night only and I will never comeback to this hotel 🙏🏻.

Check in and check out are super efficient. Not a wide variety of breakfast, but still tasty. Gudeg is a nice touch. Room is comfortable, however, we did not get the coffee and tea in room. Call the reception and they said it is based on the arrangement. I book other 2 rooms via different app and they get the in room coffee and tea. It ' s kind of weird, anyway, we still enjoy the staycation. Thank you.
