This hotel is awesome, all the staff are friendly. I stay here with my family. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean too. For the swimming pool it will be better if it has a pool for children, water level below 70 cm for example. The food tastes really good, love it. Thanks

One word fit for this accommodation is satisfying . All that these accommodation offers are impeccable, from the comfortable yet cozy ambiance to the super excellent service. The location is also very strategic near adisutjipto airport and to make it better it even has a conjunction to plaza ambarukmo. Very recommended place to stay whe you're in Jogja

Very nice, comfortable and lovely hotel to stay in the heart of Jogyakarta. The staff was very helpful & friendly, especially miss Ririt with her extra ordinary friendliness. Highly recommended.

Datang lebih awal dari jam check-in dan tidak berekspektasi apa-apa karena tujuan awal hanya sekedar menitipkan barang lalu pergi ke tujuan lain sembari menunggu waktu check in. Tanpa diduga, ternyata saya mendapat informasi bahwa bisa early check in padahal masih jam 11.00. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The hotel is perfect for family, the location is in front of mall ambarukmo and easy for culinary because its surounding by many restaurants and local food. Anyway, the menu for breakfast is various and tasty. We like it very much. The receptionist and bellboy is very kind and polite. Thank you GRAMM hotel for the hoapitality … I'll be back soon.

Staff ramah yg menerima check in ramah and sabar, security ramah. Kamar bersih nyaman sekali, check out dg sdri sevia yg komunikatif ramah, padahal sy check out menjelang jam 12 jg dilayani dgn baik. Sukses selalu 🙏.

Love the hotel, love the location. I have visited Jogja so many times and this time I chose to stay with Gramm Hotel. Good value for money, in term of quality of product, service, and location. Defo will come back.
