Bad smell in the corridor due to poor AC, dusty everywhere, found old towels, soap bottles I can't use, TV not having channels showing error and feel uncomfortable. Price is too expensive.

No front office ready on the desk in the morning, the staff inf front off the main door obey when guest arrived and only continue smoking, no window at the room, smell bed at the corridor, no hot water.

Basically nice room. Lack of warm water, just not complete cold. Location perfekt, rooms sitze ideal, great view, lovely interior especially in the Lobby.

It was a classic hotel. The room size is soo big. However, you can tell it is an old hotel from the moldy and dusty air you breathe in since you open the elevator door. I got a room in 8th floor. It was a corner room in 806. This room has no window so if you get this room, you better ask for another room. When I opened the room, the dust welcomed me as if that room has never been occupied for a long time. I'm pretty sensitive to dust. When there's a few dust, I tend to sneeze. However, if there's a lot of dust, it will be very difficult for me to breathe. What happened to me when I entered the room was the latter. I tried to jump into the bed, and suddenly the dust went up and my eyes got watery. I took off my mask to make sure it was dust, and yes, the second I did, I had trouble catching my breath. It was a quite uncomfortable staying experience. I decided to check out 10 mins later. The receptionist offered me to switch room with windows. However, judging from the moldy and dusty air in the hallway, I'm not sure if there will be any difference if I moved to another room. I lost trust when they gave me the moldy and dusty room in the first place. I decided to move out to another nearby hotel, I. E. Holiday Inn Express within ihg group. The air is way clearer than Empire Palace's and allows me to breathe.

The building is old, lots of sofas are torn, the AC is not cold at all, no drinking water is provided. It seems like it was only developed for wedding ballroom rentals.

The room was dirty and there were even cockroaches, the refrigerator couldn't cool, the lock on the bathroom door was broken, there were small guest tables and chairs and the room space was cramped, unlike the one my brother got in room 853. When I checked out and asked the cashier, how much was room 853 ? The answer is the same, then why are the rooms and facilities different, yes, because room 853 is for weddings.
