Chill staff and very fun experience.

Location very strategic in Megamas area, center of Manado culinary and pub. But Hotel located in part of shopping center. Small size room but still have bathtub, better replace bathtub with shower. Bad soundproofing, you can hear someone walking in corridor and someone chit-chat also you can hear your next room speaking. The positive is clean dinning room, various of food menu. Luxury and comfortable lobby. Good service from all hotel staff.

Very bad, worst for family with infant. At the first time check in, The girl receptionist tell that there's no other premier room except the mall view. It is really noisy (nightclub music), cigarette smell even I ask for non smoking room, and the window transparent through the mall, I ask for change the room, but we still smell smoke to the room, still can hear night club music, and the mall view is the worst room I ever have for that class/price. 1. Check in takes long time. 2. They provide premier with window directly to the mall elevator where the window is transparent, how can this hotel make the guest like a show inside a room to the mall visitor? 3. It's very noisy from the building because they play night club music, you can hear the music till 4.00am, this hotel is not good for sleep, rest and relax, and really worst for kids. 4. You can smell smoke from the corridor and your room through the door even you choose non smoking area. 5. Very poor sound proofing, you can hear people laughing outside your room, even from different room. 6. Breakfast food suitable for kids is only egg, the other is spicy menu. My wife try to put tissue and towel to block the sound and cigarette smoke at the door gap so my son can stay healthy and sleep comfortably. This is make me really sad and disappointed. As a tourist from a far island, I put my trust to this hotel by booked for 4 nights, but this is very bad impression especially that I want to give the best for my family, me and my family cannot stand with this service. So I choose to move to the other hotel before the reservation is up without refund. Worse than the worst is this reservation is not refundable before the date I checked in, this reservation cost a lots of money with worst experience

Good, nice city and sea view, many restaurants and. Malls. Around.

Room with no windows feels not comfortable at all.

Very Noisy. The hotel give us room near ballroom, and it s very noisy.

We were surprised to see our room with no window! So, we asked for an upgrade to a room with window for a fee. The staffs are very polite and friendly.

Good place, worth the money, strategically located but noise might be an issue if you get a room with outdoor windows. Service is good, food is good, cleanliness is acceptable.
