Semua bagus, baik fasilitas maupun customer servicenya. Sayangnya Di kamar Mandi untuk mandinya tergenang terus airnya. Tidak bisa Turun sendiri airnya. Yang lain semua baik.

Waktu check in agak lama. Jam 4 room nya blm ready. Kamar nya luas, cm sarung bantal nya ga wangi, sampai minta ganti ke HK. Minus nya itu aja, selebih nya bagus semua. Staff really helpful, ramah. Good to stay. Thank you.

Dapat kamar yang bau minyak angin. Menyengat sekali. Staff housekeeping berusaha memberi solusi dengan aromatherapy, tp tidak berpengaruh. Bantal ganti semua karena bau minyak angin. Saya berharap dapat solusi yang lebih baik daripada hanya aromatherapy dan ganti bantal.

The staff where very nice & friendly, the meal was delicious, the room and bed cozy & comfort. The only things that have minor issue only related with the shower don't provide hot water only warm but it may happened because high occupation session.

Waited to long for check in. Offered me room with pool view but had to wait for more than 30mins, really? Sorry I couldn't wait that long. The AC was too noisy, couldn't really sleep well. Stayed there many times but this is the first time I am not satisfied with their services.
