The room was clean and well-appointed, offering a stunning view of downtown Surabaya due to its central location near Jalan Tunjungan. The parking facilities were adequate, and the availability of valet service added a convenient touch to our stay.

Pengalaman menginap disini nyaman, kamarnya luas dan bersih, dengan AC dingin enak. Kamar mandinya juga bersih walau agak sempit di bilik mandinya. Sudah disediakan handuk, sikat gigi, sabun. Dalam kamar disediakan 2 botol air mineral. Breakfastnya enak, ada rasanya enak, kebetulan pas kuliner nusantara. Tempat breakfastnya juga nyaman di lantai 10, sehingga viewnya oke banget. Satu kekurangan disini, parkir mobilnya terlalu kecil, jadi tumpuk tumpukan, mungkin kalau ngga bawa kendaraan ngga worry nginep disini

Kamar executive tp kecil sekali, ukuran sama dengan kamar standard bedanya cm kaca jendela lebih besar. Suaranya tembus kemana2, suara motor dari jalan raya masuk dengan jelas, suara orang dikoridor masuk, dari atap suara meja kursi digeser2 dari sore sampai malam jam 23.00 pun masuk, mengganggu sekali. Kamar di 823. Sangat tidak rekomen untuk kamar executive dgn harga diatas 400k. Kamar tidak nyaman sama sekali. Very bad night.

Lokasi hotel bagus, AC dikamar dingin, untuk suara dari luar kedengeran banget … jadi berisik pada saat ada kamar sebelah yg nutup pintu/ngobrol di lorong.
