This hotel location is very convenient. In front of hotel is many street food sellers of chicken satay, padang satay, nasi pecel and also bakmi ayam. Also near Toko Oen, Superindo, Ace Hardware. Overall, location is very strategic. Parking area also quite many spaces, so you do not need to be worried on your vehicle. Breakfast is quite good, many choices, and they have good safety protocols. Overall, I am quite satisfied. 1 small issue, that they changed the room key without pre-notification due to I have 2 bookings for my stay. I have to go down to the lobby from 7th floor, when I can not used my room key to open my hotel room. Thank you.

It's a small hotel. Parking area is quite tight and limited (even compared to Quirin hotel next door). Lobby entrance need to go up to Reception Level then take another lift to room. Might be inconvenient for some. Room is quite small and not well lit. Especially the corridors from elevator to rooms. Breakfast is good and hygiene protocols are followed quite strictly. Staffs are very friendly, polite and sincere. Its a nice hotel for short personal trip, but might not be for biz traveller with vehicles.

We had a great experience staying at Chanti. The staff is friendly, clean room and the breakfast is delicious with various menu. Only the parking area is too small.

We stayed on 6th non-smoking floor. Arrived at about 19.30 after a long ride from Solo. Inside the room 619, was a terrible sound from the 5th floor of Live music even at the Hotel. It looked like the even live music was in front of your room without any silencer at all. They said it was only until 09.00pm, but reality until 10.30pm. So, very noisy and we couldn't rest and sleep after the long ride. But the room has good cleanliness & the breakfast was great. Tks. The staff were good, especially Pak Budi who has good respons of our complain. Thank you.

Pesan melalui app kamar non smoking, tetapi diberikan yg smoking, dgn alasan pihak hotel dapat bookingan dari pihak ke 3, disuruh komplain ke travelokanya. Jawaban yang sangat tidak profesional dari resepsionis hotel, gak di training apa. Harusnya mereka memberikan hak customer terlebih dahulu, voucher hotelnya juga menunjukkan non smoking, baru mereka koordinasi dgn pihak ketiga apakah itu agen penerbit tiketnya, jgn hak customer yg sudah jelas tapi tidak diberikan. Katanya mau dibantu dgn room difuser ditaruh di kamar, tapi tidak ada itu. Yang saya lihat hanya difuser kecil ditaruh di lorong. Mohon utk lebih ditingkatkan.

Unique hotel with unique foods. Adequate place to stay for your transit. Would appreciate if they could enlarge their parking space (currently it only has three levels and not-so-sedan friendly) and their elevator spaces. When in rush hour & peak season, it might be hard for you to ride the elevator & you would have to wait for 5 minutes to get into your room as they only have 2 elevators for now, with 800kg capacity each (that means not more than 8-10 people at a time, while the hotel has 11 floors). Unique drink (as pictured) and a lot of foods to try during breakfast—just that their floor spaces are very limited (in room & at the restaurant) so you will have to make do. Would appreciate if Chanti & Tentrem could make improvements by our next visit ☺️
