Fasilitas hotel sesuai dengan harga, lokasi sangat strategis banyak makanan diluar hotel. Staff hotel sangat inisiatif dan ramah. Really appreciate to tami (front office staff) for being above and beyond, tami menawarkan baby crib tanpa di minta saat tau saya bawa bayi. Untuk sarapan masih bisa di improve dari beberapa hal tapi secara overall sudah sangat baik untuk range harga hotel 500rb an. Untuk kamar cukup besar hanya ada beberapa titik di kamar mandi yang sudah perlu perhatian khusus, Houskeeping sangat responsif saat saya perlu sesuatu. Good job neo hotel.

I had an overnight stay for my lecture trip on ITB here in Neo. It was a great stay. The room was so cozy and clean. At night, I love the serene view of the valley side of Bandung (my room faced the Sekeloa and Dago hills). The staffs were friendly and quick during check in and check out. The location of the hotel is so strategic, very close to many restaurants and cafes of Dipatiukur area, and some travel car pools. Looking forward for another trip!

The staff was friendly and easy to request early check-in. There 's a lot of restaurant (available from tend food ‘ till franchise food brand). The food was good at all. Really pleasure to re-stay at this place.

Kamarnya luas. Walaupun ga kedap suara ya ternyata. Tapi ga masalah sih. Oiya pas breakfast ada menu nasi goreng oriental. Enak bangett. Bocil sampe minta nambah🤣 tapi susu uht yg buat cereal sepertinya udah kurang bagus, karna sedikit asam rasanya
