My ID Card was lost in reception desk. Even though the hotel had helped take care of the missing certificate, but I had to put in a lot of effort and money (for transportation) to make another ID Card. I hope the hotel can do an evaluation. Thanks

The staffs were helpful, the room was okay and the breakfast is fine (they served coffee, tea, 2 loafs of white bread and some spreads. You can make a toast if you want to). However, the parking lot is cramped. It can only fit about 6 cars neatly parked. They did provide us valet service, but still. Another thing, the elevator was a bit too small. Maybe it can only fit about 4 to 5 people with no luggage. Also the inside looks very much like a boarding house. Oh, and also the room, I don't think it was worth the price. It's not like how it seems in the picture. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the linen has some questionable stains, we didn't get any bottle of water in the room (which their staff claimed to serve), there was no toiletries in the bathroom and there was this awkward looking gap between the door and its frame (we could even see people walking outside through the gap! I think even bugs were able to get through easily). Good thing is, the AC was good. So overall, I would definitely never stay here again. But if you're okay with all I mentioned above, then no one's stopping you 😊
