Hotel berlokasi sangat strategis di Yogyakarta, bersebelahan dengan Galeria Mall, terima kasih kamar sy diupgrade ke Junior Suite😇 senang dg kamar hotel berlantai kayu, sangat bersih, kamar juga lega dan nyaman, breakfast pilihan banyak, staff juga sangat responsif, highly recommended👍👍 keep up the great work Kimaya!

Overall stay sangat nyaman 8.5/10. Mulai dari staff sangat ramah dan membantu, waktu check in juga cepat, kamar bersih dan harum, kasur bantal empuk, kamar mandi bersih, amentities lengkap, breakfast banyak dan beragam, western hingga lokal ada, lumayan enak enak, dan harga cukup terjangkau. Kurangnya; Lift agak lama dan kecil, jet spray toilet agak susah posisinya, terakhir gym tulisannya sih bayar tapi saya lupa nanya bayar atau ngga.

Beautiful hotel, good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom very clean. The breakfast has many choices.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was pleasantly surprised to find that despite the inconvenience of the room I initially booked being full, I was graciously upgraded to an executive room. The executive room was splendid, boasting luxurious amenities such as a bathtub, bathrobe, and a balcony with a picturesque pool view. The breakfast menu offered a plethora of delectable options, and I was delighted to find that the hotel also housed a well-equipped gym with various types of exercise equipment. However, I must address some concerns regarding the security and concierge services. Upon arrival, I encountered difficulty due to three buses parked in front of the hotel, one of which obstructed the entrance. Unfortunately, there was no security personnel available to assist with directing my taxi, resulting in a somewhat precarious entry to the hotel. Additionally, there was a lack of concierge support to aid with my luggage, leaving me to handle it on my own. During my stay, I encountered further inconvenience when attempting to borrow an iron. There was no direct contact information provided for housekeeping, and when I inquired at the reception for the housekeeping number, I was informed that they could assist me instead. However, upon contacting the reception, I was notified that irons were unavailable. Fortunately, I encountered a helpful housekeeping staff member who promptly provided me with the iron I required. Furthermore, I observed a lapse in concierge service when I needed assistance loading my suitcase into a taxi. Despite seeking aid, I was unfortunately overlooked as the concierge was engaged in conversation with other guests. Hopefully, the service could be better next time.

Nice hotel with a great location. Will stay here again when going back to jogja 👌🏻.

It feels in old hotel. Lcd TV needs to be replaced, the resolution is very bad. Quality of foods need to be improved.
