For IDR 1. 25mio/night/room, and 4star hotel resort rating, it was OVERATED and l I have unpleasant stay here. This RESORT have so much lack of details. CONS: 1. No greeter/security on the main entrance, receptionist office are located at very back of the area. Check in was smooth, staff are friendly but all staff here even don't have name tag on their uniform. 2. I already paid for 2 nights stay, but my room key only assign for 1 night. 3. Lack of cleanliness. Grey-ish towel, torn towel, dirty shower head, dirty bathroom sink, dusty room corner, dirty air-con. 4. No viewing hole at the door, no door signage to hang (don't disturb / please clean up). They don't clean up my room cause they said there is no answer and I was not in the room whey they knock. 5. It's okay for me if they don't clean up the room, but I ask they change the towel, add drinking water, tissue, and toiletries. Waited for 1 hour, and just amazed that they put it on the table on the balcony without any info. My room was for family 3pax, but they only send supply for 2. Ask them again wait again and finally I got my supply after 3 times asking and talk to supervisor on duty. 6. Breakfast just OK, nothing special, dimsum just horrible. 6. Room interior weird and poor quality. Craked wooden door, useless safe deposit box, no international TV cable Channel, have phone but no extension list, super big trash bin. 7. No hot water on bathroom sink water tap, only cold water. 8. Soundproff room? No at all, good luck if your neighbour are family with children, you can clearly hear all they say. PROS: 1. Very good maintained garden. 2. There are some gazebo at the garden. 3. Good wifi coverage in all area. 4. Shower have very good water pressure. Overall, it's very ironic that the garden wery well maintained and clean but our room was very poor at all. Definitely won't never come back to this RESORT even it is the last and only one accommodation left in Batu City.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is good especially their"semur daging". A lot of beautiful wood sclupture which make by their own artist.
