The room is big and clean. We had problem with toilet spray leaking and was replaced quickly when we reported the problem. We arrived rather late in the evening and had to leave early the next day so that we did not have time to explore around.

Voucher hangus, pesan villa tp blm tau villanya seperti apa, kesalahan ada di sya salah klik bulan tau2 di tlp ternyata sudah tanggal menginapnya mana hari kamis jumat pula yg pastinya pd gak bakal bisa langsung jalan kesana krn pesannya villa buat kumpul keluarga, sayangnya hotelnya strict sudah minta dibantu buat rubah tgl nggak ada kebijakan rubah tanggal walaupun jika ada additional charge saya setuju, yasudahlah krn memang kesalahan disaya cuma berharap bisa dpt kebijakan secara hari salah nya pun di weekday yg bukan high season. Terkadang beberapa hotel suka kasih layanan buat customer agar customer merasa terkesan dan nyaman dengan layanan dan managementnya, berapa kali saya merasakan naik kelas kamar gratis dr hotel lain, pesan tipe kamar delux dinaikin jadi ke suit room. Pas dapet itu kesannya kena bgt dihati.

Anak-anak happy karena bisa main bola dan ada playground. Sayangnya anak yang tinggi diatas 90 cm untuk sarapan berbayar.

Tidak terawat hotel tua, perlu banyak perbaikan. Banyak peraturan. Anak diatas 90cm sudah harus byr bf 75rb bf nya ga enakk dan ga lengkap. Karyawan restaurant kurang ramah.

The staff is decent. The building we are in, is also pretty new and decent. But the room service is one of the worst we have been. First of all there is no AC in the building at all. Not even on the bedroom. They assume the ambiance temperature in puncak is already cold. Which is true at night. But during the day its scorching Hot. Second. The water pressure is terrible or none existent at all. We have complained and they just answer"its because a lot of people taking shower at the same time"what kind of solution is that? They basically said"just deal with it". The water coming out is soo small, I can't even brush my teeth, let alone taking shower. The TV is really bad. They use analog signal which is very poor quality with just 1 or 2 local channel. The TV itself is really old and small. Its basically unusable. They might as well just get rid the TV. Overall its one of the worst"resort"I've been into.

Friendly staff even we checked in very late. The ambience was great. Old hotel but fair maintained. The breakfast also was great. They did not have lots of varieties but the taste was great. Thank you.

Kali ini dpt unit yang kurang bersih walaupun request kita lgs diproses cepat sama house keepingnya selain itu semuanya OK karena sering juga menginap disini untum istirahat.
