I entered the room after coming back from the mall, there was baby cockroachs all over the room and in the bathroom. I killed about 30 before going out to buy a tin of Bagone spray, also the bathroom sink was blocked.

Kesan pertama saat check in dgn petugas yg kurang ramah, minta dua kunci utk akses katanya cukup lapor security aja sampe di kamar diantr nanti. Giliran mau masuk lift ternyata tidak sesuai penyampaian, kata security saya cuma bisa buka lift saja, kalau kamar lapor ke front office. Sampe di front office saya sampaikan kejadian sejak check in dan disampaikan kenapa bapak tidak minta kunci lagi (padahal kemarin sudah saya minta tapi petugas kemarin tidak memberikannya). Sungguh menjengkelkan pelayanannya bahkan sampai2 kami ingin membatalkan saja sisa 2 harinya utk pindah hotel saja. Hotel tua, kamar udah bau apek, kusen pintu dan kunci sering ngadat dan seakan kayu kusen rusak karena pernah didobrak pintunya. Kalau malam menyeramkan dan banyak suara-suara aneh. Sering dengar di luar kamar ada orang berlatian dan teriak2, mungkin takut karena memang seram hotelnya. Intinya kapok dan tak akan pernah lagi ke hotel ini. Jujur saya tidak mengada-ada karena begitulah keadaan hotelnya. Kalau mau memang para calon tamu merasakan sensasi hotelnya … silahkan dicoba 🫣🫣 😬🥴.

I wanted to treat my wife with a sea view room but she wasn't pleased. The was a big difference in the online photos (clean and sharp set up) and the sensation in the room. The hotel showed several signs of being worn out and was-in term of quality and comfort of the room-below our expectations of a 4 star hotel. There was no hand soap at the sink in the bathroom so we had to request it. Minibar fridge was empty and turned off. There was only a total of 2 towels in the bathroom. We did bother to ask for more. The friendly reception forgot our order of ice cubes so we had to call again only to get the message that the ice cube machine wasn't working (or turned off?)
