I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

Nice hotel for family staycation, many attraction for kid on the weekend and music performace in the night. Sure will be back to this hotel again.

Check in smooth, friendly staff, clean room & the most important thing: many family activities. Food at restaurant was good. I tried breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Saya book kamar dengan jenis kamar executive balcony dengan harga 1.3 juta semalam. Saya menginap semalam di tanggal 11 - 12 Mei 2024. Pada malam tanggal 11 Mei pkl. 22.30 istri saya sedang di kamar mandi dan kemudian pintunya tid. Bisa dibuka… saya sdh tertidur kemudian terbangun mendengar pintu yang berusaha dibuka dari dalam. Saya kemudian menelpon resepsionis berkali2 tidak ada yang angkat… dan kemudian saya telp house cleaning berkali2 tidak ada yang angkat… sekitar 20 menit akhirnya saya turun ke bawah. Resepsionisnya kosong dan akhirnya ketemu cashier restauran dan security. Akhirnya baru dipanggilkan dari engineering utk membongkar pintunya. Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan hotel ini, dan dengan harga yang mahal sangat tidak sesuai sekali kualitas dan servicenya. Pagi ini saya sarapan… kamar saya memesan bisa untuk 2 anak… saya hanya membawa 1 anak… anak saya diukur tingginya dan anak saya masih 6 tahun dengan tinggi lebih dari 120 cm… di minta utk bayar tambahan… saya menolak karena tidak ada ketentua and disampaikan pada saat check in… dan harusnya saya membayar utk dua anak. Akhirnya saya tidak dicharge tambahan. Hotel ini betul2 buruk dan tidak jelas informasinya.

Check in ngantri mungkin karna high season. Lockdoor 2x rusak, tidak bisa terkunci otomatis dari luar. Fasilitas nya oke, sangat kids friendly. Makanannya juga enak. Semoga fasilitas hotel bisa lebih di maintanance.

Plafon kamar banyak yang lembab, 2 hotel dijadikan 1 fasilitas. Restaurant joint dgn 2 hotel syariah sentul dan lorin sentul, meja yg tersedia tidak bisa menampung. Hanya dapat 1 handuk di kolam renang, dan fasilitas kolam renang sharing dengan 2 hotel. Overall, untuk suasana week day okelah, tapi untuk week end perlu di pikir-pikir lagi cari alternatif yg lebih worth it.

1. Awal dtg check'in disuruh jam 3 lama antri panjangg bgd, sampe baru bisa masuk kamar jam 4, ga sepadan sm jam check out jam 12.2. Kamar mandinya bau 😩 (udah komplain tp msh tetep bau) lampunya jg gelap (padahal kamar mandi penting bgd you tamu) 3. Minjem setrika ga dikasih'harus bayar biaya service padahal selama saya staycation dihotel bintang bersama keluarga ga pernah ada pengalamam pinjem setrika disuruh bayar dan ga dikasih dengan alasan ada tambahan biaya, padahal. Itu harusnya bagian dari fasilitas. 4. Nilai plus you makanan restaurant okelah lumayan dan lokasi ga jauh dari pintu tol. Semoga bisa diperbaiki semuanya, karna syg sekali kita niat mau kembali jadi ga semangat.
