I will stay here from now on everytime I stay in manado. For a cheaper option, it 's the best. It 's clean, comfortable, & the staff were so friendly. I didn't get to stay long enough to try the food, but next time:) thank you Lun!- I had to ask them to lock my window (someone had opened the screw so that they could smoke even though it was a non-smoking room)- they didn't have change for my payment at check in, but I got it later.- you can hear people coming and going through the halls, so if you're a light sleeper, this might annoy you.- there is a water filter in the hall to top up your jug. She told me in bahasa Indonesia, but I miss translated what she said so I didn't work it out until I was leaving and saw it. Haha.-.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. ✨.

The room was spacious enough, but the interior setting was bad. No Chair in the room. So, If you need to work, you just sit on the bed.

The hotel is clean and the reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are narrow but clean and cool, very affordable. Very suitable for a transit hotel to continue your journey

I've been a regular hotel since it first opened, but this time it wasn't as friendly as before. When checking in, the lady at the reception didn't smile, she spoke like someone was asking for a fight, even though I was tired from traveling 9 hours, but instead I got something like this, hahaha. Luckily after that there were guys who offered to take things to the room, so that reduced the annoyance a little. For the rooms as usual, the bathroom taps are starting to get dirty.
