We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

Nice stay here, love the complete facilities such as indoor pool, huge outdoor pool, etc. They have jacuzzi as well. They gave complete amenities and super complete set of dishes, glasses. There is a microwave inside the room. They also put dispenser inside the room so you don't have to buy additional mineral water if you drink a lot. Love every detail of the room and their facilities here. Nice for family as well.

The booking and check out process was really fast and easy even though there was a lot of guess at that time. The room was also really clean and have the complete necessities including for the kitchen. Definitely will be back!

6.4.“Good apartment”. We booked 3 bedroom and a studio, for 8 of us. Love the location, the pool, the apartment decoration and the beds. I hope they can improve their system and communication. We had problem with the TV (no sound) which could not be fixed, the stench in the kitchen and master bathroom which was thankfully addressed. We faced issue with carpark which created delay in travels. Not sure if the issue lies with the process or the carpark attendant but either way, it almost made us feel like we had to jump through hoops to get it done. Would very much like to go back if they can iron these out. The apartment and the pool are very pleasant, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Pretty bad experience for an Oakwood apartment. We booked 2-BR apartment for 4 people. Kitchen utensils are not enough for 4 people, there are only 3 cups, 3 bowls, 3 plates, I would expect to have 4 for everything. Coffee capsules are only for 2 people also. They run out of 2-BR apartment and gave us 3-BR apartment with one bedroom locked. Seriously, why don't just give it for free rather than making it so strict by locking the third room, the room can't generate any revenue at all anyway. The cleaning is not very good either (see the stain of soap around the bathroom).

We were given the level 2 apartment and there was a constant foul smell near the kitchen. Water flow from the sink is also terrible and causes frequent flooding when used for long.
