Chair is broken but I force to pay the repairment split bill with hotel, and that' so fucked up

I just sat in chair and its broken and they ask me to pay for that. Oh my God, so if their handle broken too and they ask me to pay?

Not recommended, facilities TV not available, broken by thunder, being repaired waiting part. Breakfast without bread, but toast machine available. Worst services.
