Its seems not well maintain at all, dirty and quality of service below then average. Its looks like hotel without management. Never take care some of guest touching point and some of public area. I have been stay several times at pop kelapagading, and proper, clean, and good service. I don't find hire.

Room is not like the picture … Toilet can't flushed until the staff coming to repair. Towel and sheets are very dull … Staff is good and fast response ….

Staff with name Mr. Tangkas was very helpful. Handling my check our process with well. The room was comfortable but need some maintenance in bathroom and ac was not too cool. Overall good. Small note for girl staff who handling my check in I think she should be more friendly with guest!:).

It was good stay. Friendly and helfpul staff and good deal. Suggestion: bathroom wall need to be repaired. Once took a shower, was leaking from the wall.
