The staff was very helpful and nice! The room was very clean. I appreciated the drinking water that the hotel provided. That's very important part! I love the swimming pool area!

Stayed here with my family for 7 nights and not complaining at all. The staffs are very helpful, friendly, polite and really cater our needs. Our in room experience was beyond my expectation. The room is spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and we hope we can comeback for another stay. Recommended hotel!

It was great, the sahoor menu was great, but, my 2nd day of sahoor, instead of getting coffee or tea, I just got plain hot water. Please next time double check. I am a person not like to complain. But just for your input. 🤣.

We had a nice stay at Prima Plaza Hotel Sanur. The accommodation was spacious, clean, beautiful, and had various facilities from swimming pool to the gym. The staff was very kind. The location was excellent; Only 5 minutes walk to Sanur beach. We also liked the buffet breakfast very much. Many options were available from traditional Balinese cuisine, Indonesian, and Western cuisine.

Strategic location (within walking distance to Sanur beach & jogging track, and Mak Beng restaurant), comfortable room (although there were some noises heard during first night -Nov. 5th). Breakfast was quite enjoyable in variety and taste. Reasonable room rate too.

Firstly, the service is bad. I need forks and knife to have dinner in the room. I called the reception to deliver but they asked me to go down to take it, which is not the service of a four-star hotel. Secondly, the room environment is not good. The space is small and the air smells wired, which doesn't deserve the room fees. Thirdly, I wanna check out one day early and I got the confirmation information of one day's refund in the reception when checking out. But when I leaved, the next turn staff don't recognise the refund. That caused my losing money which makes me very angry. They “stole” my money which is not a small amount. Based on above experience, I strongly recommend not checking in this hotel which will make you regretful.

This hotel has a nice location near to the beach and cafes, hotel is huge and old but well maintained, the decoration of the room looks old and antique but spacious, I slept comfortably during stay, the pool is long and nice but unfortunately I couldn't swim there as the operating time starts 9 am in the morning, too late in my opinion.
