The room looks like not clean enough. The security door lock on room was broken. Air conditioning was not cooling properly. Unfortunately, we have to get the drink water from the dispenser that on corridors. The corridors was hot enough doesn't have air conditioners and looks air flowing wasn't good enough. Breakfast is very good and much choices and having indoor and outdoor locations. The staff are very friendly. The other considerations point is location when we go out from the hotel because of the city changes the directions from two directions on street become one direction, it 's make the guests are difficulties to go to the center of city or even to the culinary area.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast options were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Conveniently located near the toll exit, and family-friendly.
