Kali kedua nginep dsni. Booked 2hr cm terpakai setengah hari lgsg out. Kuemproohh. Kasur ga uenakk. Naik turun kasur kudhu ati2 nek ga kebarett peer kasur saking wes uelekk e kasur e. Suka ganti2 grade kamar sak suka e. Pokok e ojok pake jasa ini lah. Kapokk. Pengalaman buruk dg admin yg buruk. Fasilitas tdk sesuai pesanan.

Jangan nginep sini. Owner/marketing bad respons. Suka pindah2 spek kamar tanpa pemberitahuan. Sudah janji menginap yg berikutnya akan sesuai tp tetap sama saja bahkan lebih buruk. Kapok nginep di rudy tanglin. Wes ngapusi. Ga bakal dkasi di tanglin. Dkasinya orchard dg bad kondisi. Kasur per nyeplak sampe keluar/sobek kainnya. Perut anak sy kena dan respon owner buruk. Ga terlihat krn tertutup sprei. Jd hati2. Sy sering nginap dsni br kali ini ktm owner yg uelek respon e dan kamar2 e ga ada seng genah.

I booked for one bedroom but wasn't available. He put me in 2 bedroom with broken toilet seater, the bed sheet so uncomfortable. If you're looking for comfy sleep after working hard whole day this unit is not recommended. Sorry I just sharing my experience so others will. Be cautious before made a booking. Make sure they provide unit matching with the advert. I hope it help both side to provide any person is deserve to be respect. Thank You

Sorry, earlier I informed you that the unit was not available and I could process a full refund and cancel the booking, but the mother herself said yes to another room in the same location. I gave you a bigger 2br room and I explained the conditions and shortcomings beforehand, and you're okay. My uncomfortable bed sheet problem was not informed during my stay, if there really is a shortage can I change it to another surgery? What we use is standard lodging sheets. For the toilet seater, I wasn't informed if there was any damage? Does that mean the toilet seat is rocking?

The check-in process is complicated, waiting for an appointment with the person who has the room, even then you can't meet the person at all, only via WA and not directly in the lobby and you have to deposit 400 thousand, the process of returning the deposit is also very complicated, otherwise you will often be charged via WA and it's worrying if you don't get your money back hehe, you'll get your money back in 1 x 24 hours, the room is pretty good and clean, there are lots of tomcats, the AC is cold, the refrigerator also works, the stove doesn't work because the gas ran out, it wasn't given. My suggestion is that if possible, guests should deal directly with the lobby, not directly with the unclear owner.

It's very, very far from the photo, access has to be taken to the point of hitchhiking to other people and the room with a good picture is actually zoned out.

Book an apartment is complicated. After booking, confused about where to go? Call and ask in the lobby, the answer is not clear. Asking CS is also difficult. I called the owner several times (so I had time to book another hotel). I asked CS for a refund and the email didn't answer. I called the owner's number again, then connected (the cellphone number was on the order (hotel cellphone). I just asked to reschedule the apartment because I had already booked another hotel (because previously I couldn't contact). The owner allowed me to reschedule. But apparently I just found out that renting an apartment requires a deposit of 100% more than the price of the apartment. You have to find the key yourself at the designated place. The condition of the room (not clean, there are traces of used plastic drinking cups in the refrigerator). Finally I returned the key so I didn't use it, sorry in advance because the condition is not well maintained New renters who want to come in should check everything again (the results don't match the photos in the application.) The point is that when I stay at a hotel the message is simpler and the conditions are more certain.

The rooms booked are different and smelly, guests must throw their own rubbish out and wash their own dishes, otherwise there is a risk that the deposit may not be returned. We were told to do our own business to find a key loan to get to the locker room. There is no soap, tissue, etc. Don't believe the photos. Not recommended!

The AC remote doesn't work, so every time you want it to turn on, you have to press it manually, so your hand is directly on the AC, the TV can't be turned on, the door to the balcony can't be opened, the door handle almost looks like it's going to break, there's no sofa or anything. as in the photo.
