Untuk kamar si oke, dan untk wahana permainan air sprti prosotan perlu dimaintain lgi bnyk yg berkarat, Da Nang wahana playground jg perku dicat lgi Da Nang tmptny dibersihin lgi. Untk makanan kmrn dri seruni 3 pjndh k seruni 1 krn biar dkt kolam renang tpi makananny kuraang, Da Nang ank sy yg 5th hours byr lgi dg hrg 120rb mnurut sy mahaal untk ukurn ank kecil Da Nang variasi makanan yg sedikitt. Kedepnny mgkin bs ditingktin lgi.

With price 1mill above the room facilities not good, no iron, xtra charge for towel, no AC, staff during check in did not explain the hotel facilities, breakfast food variety not much the only good thing is a view.

One of my favourite holiday stay in Puncak. The room was spacious, the facility was great, a lot of swimming pool, activity and attraction in the hotel. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Feels like home.

Kamar luas, bersih, fasilitas lengkap, pemandangan bagus sekali. Hotel dengan konsep family & kids friendly. Sayangnya Masih banyak orang tua yang kurang kesadarannya dengan merokok di sekitar kolam renang Dan area bermain anak. Harusnya area tersebut bebas asap rokok. Mohon di beri papan peringatan dilarang merokok.

The facilities and atmosphere of hotel is great for family vacation. My kids enjoy staying at hotel for holiday, so fresh and the food is good. We will be back someday, for next holiday season💓😘.

Good and satisfying, the only problem is that the bathtub can't be used because it 's leaking, and the hot water takes a long time and can only be warm. Other things are good and satisfying. Next time I'll definitely come back.

The story begins when we were returning to Jakarta, and the traffic was very congested, and the children were already tired, so we decided to stay for a day at Seruni Hotel by booking 2 deluxe rooms with a view of Mount Salak. The hotel has a classic Balinese style, clean and spacious rooms, plenty of children 's play facilities, and satisfactory service from the staff. However, the food wasn't as tasty as expected for a five-star hotel. It was quite standard; The fried rice was too hard and dry, the chicken was tough, the sausage was too salty, and the soup was bland. If Seruni pays more attention to improving the quality of breakfast, it would be very satisfying.
