They gave us smoking rooms. Really ugly! Smells horribel. Why hotels do still have smoking rules? IsnΒ΄t that forbidden worldwide? We made some noise and finally gave us acceptable non-smoking rooms.

We arrived on 9 am and can check in directly, really help us after long midnite flight π. Improvement needed on towel, seems it is time for changing. It is clean but not in a good shape βπ.

We ordered through room service, in room dining around 21.30pm. 1 latte, 1 ice cappucino, and snacks which is suggested by the staff, 2 sukun. After 20 minutes staff called me that Sukun is not available, he suggested again Ubi Goreng. I was OK with that, after awaiting, another 20 minutes, the staff call my room again, he said that Ubi Goreng are not available π, this is very annoying for the guest, this is not 4 stars hotel, I was stay in hotel last year 5 room in July and 25 July 2023 and 31 July 2023 for 3 rooms, your hotel are not respect neither recognised with repeating guests π€ͺ.
