Pada saat check in tidak ditanya plat nomor kendaraan (tdk ada palang pintu masuk untuk parkir/byr parkir diarea hotel), nah saya lupa mematikan lampu kabin dalam mobil. Ke esokannya aki mobil soak namun pihak hotel membantu untuk jumper.

Nginep 2 malem disini karna rekomen dr kantor. Tempatnya strategis deket alun alun selatan. Parkir luas. Sarapan enak enak deh. Kolam renangnya saranku digedein lagi heheh tapi overall pelayanan oke smua. Makasih ya sudah bikin nyaman

Hotelnya seru yang keren stafnya ramah dan helpful, kids friendly, favorite anakku pas sarapan ada cotton candy 🍭, lokasinya enak ga sesibuk macet daerah yg deket bgt malioboro, kalau mau ke malioboro prefer pake beca aja ada didepan hotelnya, kalau laper sampingnya ada SS enakk dan murah ✨.

The room doesn't meet my expectation. It's way too small, doesn't close to accommodation picture & size in traveloka apps. Which this unexpected condition is rarely happens when I took a hotel booking trough traveloka. Already took up some complaints regarding the size room. The hotel said premiere looks is what we get. It seems this is the last experience to our family stay in Alana.
