When I complain about view from window in my room there is abound building with many rubish in the pond, the officer said, sorry we are not selling view, we sale room. That was not good answer for officer work in 4-stars hotel.

Katanya parkir free. Nomor plat mobil sudah dicatat petugas Receptionist. Saat check out jg sudah konfirm ke petugas receptionist parkir free. Tapi ternyata kena tarip parkir full selama menginap 😪.

The room was quite spacious & clean, good and vary breakfast menus provided, hotel staff are very friendly. My kids really had fun while swimming, the hotel is really thoughtful by providing only 1.2 meters depth swimming pool — it ' s more safe for the big kids/teens. They have kids swimming pool as well but it was to full.

Room is spacious and clean. Many variety of breakfast buffet and staff is friendly. Hotel facility also good, pool is not small, many restaurant and cafe nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.
