Room is Not clean and the bath room is very smelly. The hotel is very old hotel and not enough lighting. In the room has only one power outlet. Could be much better if they do proper maintenance especially in cleanliness in bathroom. Location is perfect though.

The wifi speed its OK but not good or fast although they are using biznet. But for other services such sajadah and early check in was great. For food in Breakfast the varieties of the food need to added.

Lokasi OK, sarapan OK, tapi kalau utk staycation sih kayanya kurang ya. Karena pas lg disana kolam nya ternyata dipake buat latihan renang anakanak, dan dapet kamar persis depan kolam jadi berisik bgt. Mau pake kolam nya juga udah sempit duluan

My family and I had a nice experience staying for 2 nights at The Luxton Bandung. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable. Love the swimming pool located at the 3rd floor, it was covered by ceilings so we could swim during rainy time. The breakfast was so so. The breakfast area was so small and crowded, not really comfortable. Better have breakfast at the surrounding cafes or street food stalls. All the male staffs were nice and smiley, specially the front door and concierge staffs. The female staffs were also nice, but not so smiley. They tend to put their resting bitch face and only smile when they were done explaining or serving something to the guests. It would be great to see them give their best smile from the heart to the guests more often.

Parking is small but they have valet. Room is quite big but aircon is a bit warm. Overall its a good hotel.
