Kunci pintu bunyi terus bnr2 merepotkan. Pas masuk kamarnya pengap dan bau. Dilantai ada tusuk sate bekas yg nginep sebelumnya kayanya, tp seharusnya kalau bnr2 dibersihin masa tusuk sate ga keliatan. Klosetnya bocor jd airnya ngalir terus. Aliran air kamar mandi ga langsung masuk saluran jd agak menggenang. Ac nya ga terlalu dingin. Semoga bisa diperbaiki soalnya lokasinya strategis.

I haf most pleasant to this Hotel, and this time not the first time. Atmosphere wasn't change, it 's still good and nice. For breakfast, maybe I stayed not on holiday season so not much to choices rather than before when I'm staying on holiday season. But one note that please fixes the dirty water drainage cover on parking lot before someone gets accident.

Petugas ramah semua hanya saja kebersihan kamar kurang (bed bagian bawah penuh debu) dan yang paling disayangkan fasilitas AC buruk sekali, pindah kamar sampai 2x AC tetap tidak dingin. Setelah menghubungi teknisi hingga bbrp kali baru akhirnya bisa dingin namun sudah terlanjur kondisi badan cape harus pindah kamar ehh. AC masih bermasalah pula padahal kebersihan kamar dan AC merupakan fasilitas yang sangat mendasar. Saya jujur malas untuk mengulang menginap disini karena dari sisi harga Rp 500rb an (tanpa breakfast) masih banyak pilihan lain.

When I stayed, it turned out that there was a student group staying at the hotel. So the night was so stressful, they played with the room bell, running around, shouting, laughing etc. I reported to the hotel that night, but still the noises continued. Really disappointed with the hotel. They should be more serious handling those kids because there were other customers who also together with them and we paid in full price.
