First and ever stay such dirtiest room. The bathroom and toilet are much dirtiest and smell of the urine in the toilet are very heavy. Also the bath tap so dirty. And the bed very dirty and bad too. The house is full of bad smell. Sofa also bad.

Good place to stay, but no free wifi in my room (have to use my own hot spot). Didn't watch any TV programme because of this problem 😒 (smart TV).

Staff is not friendly, not helpful and no ethics come at 12 at night to ask for money. The room ordered did not match what was given and we were even asked for additional payment even though it was not our fault, the wifi didn't work, the room was dirty. I really don't recommend it in terms of price, facilities and service. I never give a bad rating for a review but this time I am very disappointed.

We rented 5-room apartment unit for 2 nights. Bad service: When checking in to the unit, the staff told us to pay RM100 for tourism tax. She said because we rented a unit with 5 bedrooms for 2 nights, after we complained to her, she had to call and confirm that we only need to pay 10RM per unit per night, which is in total RM20. Bro, what? We almost paid 5 times the actual tax. Also, we arrived at the unit. It was still being cleaned by the staff. Like, you're supposed to make the room available to use right before the check-in time!

The Check-in counter for Apartment is not in the same place as Hotel Check-in Counter. The parking issue as when we are Cheking-Out. The staff must explain in more detail. The car haa to be out of the Building. Only then the Card return to the counter.
