Location is good. Room size is okay. However bathroom vanity top can be better. Space too constraint, limited space to put personal toiletries. More hooks in bathrm to hang clothes would be great. Shower area and tiles cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast queue can be improved. Early check-in is hardly possible even if you have very young kids who need to rest.

The toilet shower area was flooded each time I shower and it takes a long time for the water to drain before the next person can shower. This is actually very disgusting as we have to step on the flooded shower floor to get out of the shower and there is no way I can wash my feet again without stepping on the water.

Location is great for shopping. Carpark can be very confusing. Tried to enter carpark and somehow B1 was closed (could be due to B1 is full) but there was no option to go to B2 and was directed completely out of mall to highway and need to make a super big round before coming back. Wasted petrol and 20 minutes. Breakfast was not impressive. So many same white rice dish placed everywhere just to make places look full.

Everything is good. I booked at a cheaper price I think that 's why my room has no movies. Breakfast spread is good. Customer service is good. Enjoyed my stay there. Will come again.

I love every aspect of our stay, the spacious room, the location, the food. However, just a small gripe. I wish they would get rid of the molds at the corner of the shower area. It 's just such an eyesore when I'm taking a shower. Otherwise, all else is great.

The twin room was big and was given high floor river view. However, the toilet need to maintain. The breakfast buffet was alright and I enjoyed my stay with convenient shopping mall connected to the hotel.
