Saya dapat kamar 217 sebelahan dgn bilik fan, berisik banget sepanjang malam. Jadi tidak bisa tidur. Saya flight pagi dan ikut shuttle hotel ke airport jam 5 pagi. Jadi breakfast di take away, pas makan di airport, roti sandwitchnya sudah jamuran. Generally, yang lain oke.

Kalo penerbangan pagi banget atau yg mau istirahat pas transit agak lama cocok nginep disini, tinggal jalan kaki ke terminal 2 KLIA.

The location was near to KLIA2, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was so many variety and good.

When I first entered the hotel, the smell at the lobby wasn't really nice maybe due to many people have just arrived and I think part of the air conditioning wasn't working. The room is clean and nice, they should add signs for the elevators and tell which direction is closer to the rooms. Also a sign of the direction of the kiblat in the room wasn't provided. We did our laundry and tried the massage chair in the late evening, the lightings was not provided from the lift to these locations. But overall the hotel is nice for a stay.
