Had a pleasant stay here! The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean & amenities are great (the bathroom has bidet, too)! The surroundings are also very peaceful, near heritage places & food court. Definitely worth the price ✨.

The Staffs are so helpful and friendly! Shout out to Steven and Melanie. They are very actively making efforts to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Such a great service for a budget hotel. Although it 's not exactly near MRT, bus is very near within walking distance. Electric kettle and basic amenities are provided (clean towel, toothbrush and small size toothpaste, tissues, working fridge, 2-in-1 gel & shampoo soap, if you have particular skin/hair concerns better bring your own). The hairdryer in our room did not work so We asked for a hairdryer and it was immediately delivered to our room. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The best budget hotel I ever stayed at singapore! They have everything I need: 24 hours service desk ✅. Room for family ✅. Easy check in ✅. Shower with hot water ✅ (the shower and hot water really works 🥰) Toilet with biddet ✅. Clean and comfy ✅. Near public transport ✅. Will surely comeback to stay! Thank youu.

A great stay! Daily housekeeping is available. They always refill the water bottles, coffee and tea. A bit small for 3 people but bed is nice and clean. It 's also bit far from the city center but there is a bus station a few walks from across the street. Definitely an option again when I come back to Singapore.

It 's pretty good for family of 3/4. The service is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and the area around the hotel are clean. The location is very easy to access with bus and very easy for tourists to go to any tourist destinations. Really looking forward to staying here again.

The design of the room not practical, the bed is on the upper deck and the aircon outlet is right beside the bed. Therefore it 's freaking cold even we covered with the blanket a no d you have to climb up and down to go to the toilet during the night.

For a reasonable price of 78 dollars or lesser depending on the room you select, Fragrance hotel Balestier is clean with basic amenities like kettle, bottled water and clean bed and toilet provided. The room I selected is the Deluxe Loft. The photos from the management are on point. The layout varies depending on the room given. Room is clean and fresh when I checked in. I have my own private and clean balcony which is big enough to have a mini barbecue. However, tropical Singapore kept me in my room most of the time. Air-con is cold and silent located next to my loft bed. Do adjust the temperature and fan speed accordingly. The kettle I got looks almost new. Shower Heater is functioning well. Toilet is clean and well maintain. Bring you own shower gel and shampoo too for best comfort. Bed, pillows and sheets are clean and comfortable. Do bring your own pillows, teddy bear and blanket if you desire maximum comfort. The loft is sturdy and no squeaking when you roll in bed. I got a level 5 loft and it’s quiet most of the time. I am not sure if I am the only one living on the floor. However, there might be a few things I want to highlight. The lightings in the room and toilet can be brighter or have more lightings. It can get quite dim at night. Balcony could use a night lamp. The night is the best to chill in the balcony. (Bring your own tent/ picnic mat/ camping lamp). Do also bring a 2 m long extension multiplug as there’s no power sockets near the bed. The tv signal can also be improved. Bring some hooks and hangers if you got many clothes to unpack. Becareful when climbing up and down the loft too. Overall, I am very impress with Fragrance Hotel Balestier so far. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The Hotel is well maintained and clean. Good for small staycation if you need some private space away from home. The hotel is centrally located with many food places and shopping centers nearby. I am here for 4 nights. And I wish I have more! I hope my photo helps. Forgive for my personal stuff scattered in the photos(:
