Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean the housekeeping crew did great job. 2 minutes walk to Bencoolen MRT, 10 mins to Bugis X, 10 mins to Chijmes. Will stay at this hotel again for the next visit.

I take family room since I go with my little family including my mother in law. So far the bed room enough for us, there are 2 queen bed inside the room. Room condition were clean and internet connection is very good 👍🏻 I can watching youtube from the LCD TV directly specially for kids song. I don’t need to activate my youtube on my phone again.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen, location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Room: comfy bed, clean bathroom and everything works well. My concern only is the size of rooms. My advise is, book for a premium room and for family they have only 4 family rooms so book it well in advance. Overall I love this hotel will certainly stay at this hotel again when I return to Singapore.

Overall is good except thar 1. Sound proof was bad. 2. Do nit have a complimentary for car park.

Staff were very nice and very accommodating. The room was a fair bit smaller than we expected but the location was fantastic.

I was stayed here in 2 nights. Overall that 's greaatt! The room is clean, baby 's friendly, easy access near from MRT bencoolen, mosque, sevel and bus station. Really recommended!
