That was my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, everything was always great. This time however, I made mistake when requesting two connected rooms without mentioning that they should be non smoking rooms as well, because I traveled with my wife and daughters. So we got two connected smoking rooms. Hoping and wishing the hotel staff thought that if someone requested two connected rooms, he might be traveling with family and should be provided non smoking rooms, but it didn't happen. Check-in. The check-in process was a breeze and the front desk person (forgot the name) was friendly and welcoming. Our Bedroom Pool Villa was ready when we got there, so we didn't have to wait long. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. LOCATION. One of the best locations in Seminyak. Everything was within walking distance. VILLA. The villa was clean and in a good shape. A minor hiccup was some light bulbs were out (one in the garden, one in the pool, and one in the living area) but it didn't really affect the overall experience. The bathroom was in great condition and the amenities were of good quality. If you plan to use the outdoor gazebo at night, don't forget to light the mosquito repellant they provided. It helps! AMENITIES. The amenities were great. I especially like their shower gel and body lotion! They provided a lot of towels and hand towels. DINING. Our in-villa breakfasts were set up on time and were to our expectations. We asked for a runny omelette and we got one! The egg benedict was also great. We also tried the Korean BBQ in-Villa dinner at night (need to book a day in advance) which was really satisfying (tips: just order the 1-3 person package if you're a couple). Yes, you can still hear some faint music from the club next door, but it's not loud, and act like soft background music to accompany our private dinner. SERVICE. Everyone was friendly and capable, even the trainees who set up our breakfast. Check out. Check-out was also a breeze. We only stayed 2 nights because they were only available for 2 nights. Would have stayed longer if they were available, but they seem to be fully booked. So we had to move to another hotel nearby. And, guess what, they arranged our transport to our next hotel free of charge. OVEERALL. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again and recommend this place!

Great breakfast with various menu, from local dish (nasi puyung, nasi merah, to simple eggs station that you can choose). Location not that far from old mall mataram.

Thank you for hospitality from all hotel staff especially for Mr. Rizal with a great welcome at check in at reception desk. Room was clean and comfort, yesterday TV 1 of our room was broken and got replaced. Hope the hotel could maintain the good services and facility.

The located near from Losari Beach (10 minutes by walk). Fast check in & check out. All staff are very friendly & helpful. Comfortable bedroom & clean. Tasty breakfast, especially 'Coto Makassar'. Thank you Santika Makassar for the great service. Very recommended.

Breakfast was so so, they have so choices like salads, soto, pastries, rice, nasi campur and so so. The receptionist and the workers are so friendly! Well spent weekend❤

Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

Very nice to Stay in Santika Hotel. The staff is super warm and very good service. I even had a surprise birthday cake from the Hotel Staff, Thank you and wonderful! The pool is so big and very clean, the room and building are classic but very Hommy! Will definitely come back again!
