Staff very helpful and responsive, location is great not affected by even odd policy, hotel is clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice, many variation on food. For kids activities good enought, eventho hasn't had a chance for firefighter and cooking activity for kids, but animal feeding and wall climbing was quite nice. Will surely staying back again here.

The room is huge … you can place 1 more extra bed but still have space to move around. The hot water run perfectly at any time. The only things that need to be upgraded is the food. Though the selections are OK but the taste is need to give another attention. Definitely will come back there again for the room.

This hotel is great for family with toddlers since it has many kids activity that could keep them entertained almost all day. Overall hotel services is great, room is clean and foods are OK.

So far OK, cm waktu kita masuk ada AC diruang tengah bocor/netes air. Di benerin teknisi juga belum bener2. Tapi overall OK sih.
