Me and my family love to stay here, it has been our 4th time stay now. The lighting arrangement in the room is amazing as unlike the usual hotel we have ever stayed at, Tentrem makes us feels like at home. My children could still play at night while my husband could still sleep using the warm light. Breakfast was great. Too bad now they have height measurement for children. Hopefully, a little feedback, to be more lenient for the kids breakfast as they don't eat too much. The executive club now has less variety of food and the portion is mostly very little. Mostly they have fried food now, which preferably could be change like the previous time with a more healthy and better food. However, I like the salmon chowder soup, mu children love the variety of fresh juices, my husband like the coffee too. Thank you for letting us bring the coffee and chamomile tea for us to enjoy it in our room, I respect that highly. It would be a great complimentary service, please don't prohibit that. The service here is awesome. The check in staff, Mbak Sella is very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, convenient for us to go out and enjoy some culinary. The room is very clean and comfortable. Many comfortable pillows as well.

As we extend our 1 night stays here as the price consideration of an extra 600k which is too pricey and we think we could just enjoy the culinary outside the hotel, so we couldn't enjoy the club again. However on our check out day, we met Mr. Angga and he was super friendly and kind enough to provide us 2 boxes of Antangin royal jelly for our way back home. He also give a cup of warm coffee for takeaway. We know that you shouldn't give that, but We highly apreciate that. You should get a good bonus as that makes us feels apreciated and think to get back here again for our family holiday next time. The staffs are very helpful here, from the front gate, receptionist, executive club, the concierge, with their smile and unique way to mention some Javanese language greetings. It is what differentiate Tentrem with any other Hotel in Semarang, that makes us gives our first priority when thinking to stay in Semarang. A coffee machine perhaps if could be provided, would be a great pleasure for us to enjoy in the room.
