Comfortable, have drinking water in the room press yourself by water purifying machine. Near the main Orchard road. Need few minutes walk to MRT at plaza Singapura.

The difference regulation between the hotel and app, according to traveloka under 17 years old is considered as child, but the hotel insisted above 7 years old is considered as adult, so we have to pay additional fee for sgd 150 for 2 night stayed! The hotel staff was really arrogant! This was the worst hotel I ever stayed!

Book for a whole week, and be able to see that some days are not being cleaned properly. Cup is not replace/clean.

Hotel has policy that for kid above 7 y. O. Must be counted for extra bed. Whilst, in app hotel policy doesn't show it. It was a surprise that we were charged by SGD75 for our small kid for extra bed. Bath soap bar was not provided everyday. Cleanliness was okay when making up the room. Amenities were minimal. Seems the hotel is prioritizing cost efficiency. TV channel was not clear. We must choose Youtube.

Room was dark and tardy, and being carpeted, made the place feels dusty. Bed is hard and the pillow is even harder. Not again.

The hot water dispenser in our room didn't work, the hotel should have checked that beforehand. When we wanted to check out, there were group guests arriving so individual guests were ignored. We left our belongings in the room, we asked housekeeping to check and they said they weren't there.

I booked the wrong date, I tried to make amendment right after I made the payment, I ended up losing 3 million rupiah for nothing because Traveloka didn't have any power to cancel nor reschedule even though I paid to Traveloka, and they are aware of the issue right after I made the payment. I wouldn't try book in this hotel ever again and I would definitely make sure all my families, partners and colleagues to do so as well. Thank you.

Bad smell in the bathroom though it is premium or premiere or whatever it is (more expensive than deluxe room), the guy clerk at reception gave me superior or premium without informing or explaining to me, I did not agree on anything. How can I know it's not deluxe room, that guy read my voucher I showed him and all of sudden they charged me additional $30 because I extended 1N more and I couldn't change to another room as I in a rush to see doctor in the morning (I explained them too btw). The staff at reception desk ask me to complain to the agent and there is no apologize or any compensation both from agent or hotel for that issue. It is the worst experience I ever had, will tell my friends, colleagues, family, relatives and everyone to be extra careful and consider 100x at this hotel.
