Everything went well, easy check in procedure and helpful receptionist. Superb location and ambience. Very nice lobby and reception area. But, unfortunately the room that we stayed in not as good as we expected, the master lights can not be switched off, we have to call the staff and it took an ages to come and fix the lights, the view also blocked by other building. Overall, this hotel still recommended for everyone who's willing to stay near Orchard Road, especially for my Muslim's friend.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable, near to shopping center. To make it different, there is bidet on the bathroom. I am very happy with that. Staff are very friendly. Good is good. Perfect hotel.
